Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Granite City - St. Louis

I have stayed at the hotel many times and out of all of the hotels in the area this one is just as nice as any Comfort Inn. The staff always remembers my name when I come in. Also are very respectful all the time. Sam, kriss, and Tonya are my three favorite employees. I can promise you I would stay there every single time, even if it wasn’t close to where I work because the level of care received there. They go above and beyond to make sure your happy and the rooms are always clean they provide Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Make up wipes, in case you forgot yours at home. Not to mention they also have a Hardee’s, Waffle House, Laundromat, and two different convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel! Also several bars, with gaming slot machines for anyone trying to wind down from a long week at work. They are dog friendly and it’s absolutely a family friendly environment. They also provide biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles and other options for breakfast in the mornings made fresh. Also lots of grassy areas for our fur babies to roam around on a leash of course!! One more thing they have jacuzzi rooms too! They are pretty nice for anyone who wants to maybe have a romantic night with the Mr. Or Mrs.

Friendly service, good vending machines , breakfast, gas / convenient store across the street. I would stay here again. I ride motorcycles across this country.

My favorite hotel to stay at in there area the staff are really nice, they are great with my dog and the rooms are clean. Also great rewards and price.

My family is here for a extended time and the staff is pleasant rooms are clean breakfast is great kids love it my Wife was very pleased with the manager Sam and the staff Tania she said they really made her fell positive and comfortable we would recommend

My wife and I come here every month for three years now it's a great escape to just chill and enjoy yourself, relax get some quiet time. The service is outstanding. The complimentary breakfast is awesome. Hot eggs biscuits and gravy waffle maker. I can't express how grateful I am to escape the hustle and bustle of the world and come here.

Very clean hotel kept up every thing works well as far as I know and they are a real nice staff I do appreciate this hotel.

I’m gonna try to make this short but my husband and I use to stay here often for the jacuzzi tub all the time a few years ago. Then, it was definitely dated(the rooms) so we stopped coming. Fast forward to 3/22/25….. the rooms have definitely been updated and the staff is just as helpful and amazing as always. However I had an issue with my booking and the hotel owner/manager(we’re unsure about his actual role in the hotel) had already had two options for us to fix it: he was so patient and kind and stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. But the overall stay was great…. Our room is nice and comfortable and we were also gifted a gift from the manager/owner for our troubles. Definitely recommend this location it looks sketchy outside but they have so many cameras and the police presence is enough to make you feel safe. We will definitely be booking again. It’s definitely a family hotel!!

Basic hotel and room with frig and microwave. Bring your own hair dryer though! Stopped late for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly and checked us in quickly
